Introduction
From Shodoshima Island to Himeji by ferry 🚢.
This 2-day trip features World Heritage Himeji Castle 🏯, the beautiful Koko-en Garden 🌿, and Mt. Shosha Engyoji Temple 🛕.
Along the way, I also tried Himeji’s local specialties like oden with ginger soy sauce and standing sushi.
It was the middle of summer—so hot that I thought I might melt—but unforgettable!
